- The woman sent her date a message saying that she just wanted to be friends
- But the man angered her when he said he didn’t want to see her again either
- She sent him a string of texts calling him bald, a ‘loser’ and criticized his walk.
In the string of texts, an unidentified woman told the man that she didn’t want to see him again.
But he took her by surprise when he revealed he felt the same way.
The day after their first date, the man wrote: ‘It was really great meeting you last night. Hope you’re having a great day!’
The woman later replied and let him know she didn’t want to see him again.
She said: ‘You seem like a great guy. Listen… I really don’t see you as a romantic partner but I hope we can be friends. I hope I didn’t get your hopes up.’
The man wrote back, ‘No not at all. I felt the same way, so I’m really glad you said that,’ sending the woman into a rage.
In a series of insulting texts, she criticised his walk and his receding hairline.
She wrote: ‘Seriously?! I know rejection stings but you don’t have to get salty and attempt to throw it back in my face! Wow… I feel sorry for you I really do.
‘If you didn’t think there was anything there why the f*** did you text me today?’
He replied: ‘Because it’s the polite and appropriate thing to do after having coffee with someone.’
The woman wrote back: ‘Btw the amount of hair you’ve lost at 30 makes you look 40 and you walk like an old man.
‘Have fun trying to attract a woman with that tiny d*** $55k salary.’
The man got his own back by telling her why he didn’t want to go on a second date with her.
He said: ‘You were texting all night, showed up half an hour late and didn’t really engage me in conversation beyond one word answers.’
But the woman, who was determined to have the last word, maintained that she had rejected him.
She wrote: ‘You really blew this one loser! REJECTED! F*** OFF LOSER!’
The bizarre string of texts was posted on Reddit by user ToastedCookieOats.
He captioned the pictures: ‘Today after a first date. I guess I’m not allowed to not like her?’
